What is it?

If you are submitting an Expense Report that has foreign currency transactions, you can take advantage of Concurs built in currency conversion functionality. When adding and entering Expense Item details, you can select the currency you used to make the transaction. Concur will automatically convert the amount to US dollars, which is how you will be reimbursed, based on the transaction date. If needed, you can adjust the conversation rate in order to match the rate indicated on your credit card receipt or proof of payment document.

Note: When reconciling Travel and Expense Corporate Card transactions, the conversion rate is automatically imported from the transaction and cannot be adjusted.
